Each “PRE-ORDER“ product is HAND MADE from SCRATCH and will ship out in approximately 5-8 WEEKS or sooner. These are not made from original or officially licensed Jordan 1s since they are custom made from scratch.
From the estimate given to me by my manufacturer, it should take 5 weeks for the shoes to ship from overseas to me first, then for me to ship every order out myself, but just assume they will take 8 weeks to ship out just in case there are any unexpected delays.
Go TRUE TO SIZE with whatever size you normally wear in Jordan 1s. From a poll taken on my Instagram story from people who own a pair, the overwhelming majority of people said they fit true to size. The sizes listed are US men's sizes. If your size isn't available, I would recommend going a half or full size down since the more people voted that they fit slightly large than slightly small.

It is your responsibility to make sure the address you enter is correct, so make sure the address you enter will be valid in 8 weeks. Please take the time to make sure it is accurate since I am not responsible for missing packages or deliveries to the wrong address you have entered.
The conditions of the shoeboxes may vary! I try my best to ensure that the shoeboxes are in as best condition they can be, but I am not responsible for any dents or damages to the shoebox caused during shipment. By purchasing a pair, you acknowledge that there are no shoebox replacements whatsoever and will accept the condition of the shoebox no matter what.

All sales are absolutely FINAL. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item that you ordered, simply contact us with your order number and name as soon as possible so we can best resolve your situation.
We do not combine shipping from separate orders as each order has a unique tracking number that must be shipped individually. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our selected pay systems “Apple Pay, PayPal, Stripe, etc”. There is a three day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items. Once an item is shipped, we will not accept returns or provide refunds.
If an order is officially marked as "DELIVERED" by USPS tracking, we will NOT accept responsibility for any stolen/misplaced packages and will not offer any refunds whatsoever. The shipping address provided when any order is placed is the exact same address that is generated for each USPS label, and we do not claim any responsibility for any issues that arise as a result of the wrong address being entered if USPS already delivers the package and marks the order as "DELIVERED." It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly, and it is your responsibility to contact USPS to resolve any stolen/lost packages that are shipped to the address you entered
